Morris Rudnick opened Rudnick and Rudnick with his mother, Irene Krugman Rudnick in 1984. Since opening, Rudnick and Rudnick has continuously served Aiken County and the surrounding area for over 35 years. Sadly, Irene passed away in February of 2019. While Morris practiced law with Irene, his practice area included residential and commercial real estate, probate, and estate planning.

In June 2019, Charles Rudnick, Morris’s son, joined the firm. Charles brings years of experience in criminal defense to Rudnick and Rudnick. Now, in addition to helping clients with real estate and probate matters, Rudnick and Rudnick offers experienced criminal defense representation.
